Trained extensively in restorative practices, Teledo has effectively conducted restorative practice sessions to help school communities manage conflicts. He experience has motivated him to spend the last two years developing educational materials for students, teachers, and the community.
Teledo founded the Youth Education and Safety program, which addresses critical issues such as drugs, peer pressure, gang grooming, bullying, and consent education. The program aims to empower young individuals with the knowledge and skills to make informed, positive decisions.
Teledo's passion for making a difference is evident in his commitment to building a safer, more informed, compassionate community and is in line with Raleigh's goals and mission.
