Training and Support phase, approx 5 months

During this period, participants take part in a number of activities to increase their physical fitness, and mental preparation for the expedition, as well as improve on their teamwork. At least two residential camps are held, which will include team-building exercises, trekking, camping, swimming, an Adventure Challenge, and an Environmental project. Additionally, during this time, participants receive one on one coaching, and are required to participate in fundraising activities, group fitness sessions, and receive a series of travel vaccinations.

Join us at our Eco-Village where you will spend the morning learning foraging skills for edible and medicinal plants, followed by a relaxing wild tea experience in the outdoors.

Adults: $25
Students age 11-17: $10
Children under age 10: Free
